This evolution prompted a name change to unify both dyed and undyed varieties under the ISAGER SOFT umbrella.

Crafted from a luxurious blend of alpaca and cotton, ISAGER SOFT boasts a sumptuous texture in an array of shades. Its innovative construction comprises a core of organic pima cotton enveloped by alpaca fibres, resulting in a uniquely fluffy yarn.

One of its standout features is its exceptional meterage-to-gauge ratio, offering remarkable value for your projects. Its fluffy texture also makes it a versatile option, particularly suitable for patterns that typically combine silk mohair with DK yarn. As always, I advise swatching to ensure your gauge and fabric meet your expectations.

Recommended needle sizes range from 5.5mm to 6.00mm, achieving a gauge of 15-16 stitches per 10cm. However, ISAGER SOFT's flexibility extends beyond this range, accommodating anything from a denser aran weight gauge of 18 stitches per 10cm to a looser, airy chunky weight gauge of 14 stitches per 10cm.
